Chasity Hale has been writing ever since she discovered the gravity of words. She was selected as the 2015 Southeastern National Student Poet. She has been published in the Scholastics Best Teen Writing anthology, Susquehanna University newspaper, Young American Poetry Digests, WriteOn!’s Dancing with the Pen anthology and creative communications anthology. She’s won first place in the Sarah Mook poetry contest, received honorable mention in Nancy Thorp and has received two scholastics gold medals, three gold keys and several silver keys. Her other hobbies include dance, cross country, and textile art.
