One of the best parts about bringing our show to the O, Miami Poetry Festival has been the chance to work with amazingly generous sponsors who are excited about Poetry Press Week. Both Shinola and Kit+Ace have stores in Wynwood, right around the corner from MANA Contemporary where our event takes place.
Today, Liz was able to catch our illustrious hosts from BOTH stores, Emilia from Shinola (l), and Amber from Kit + Ace (r). We love how this photo of all three captures our excitement, and we’d like to begin our thanks in advance. Tonight, Shinola’s throwing our Press Party, and our VIP After Party happens tomorrow at Kit + Ace–you guessed it–after the show.
We’re so grateful for these spaces where poets, staff, press, and editors can all get acquainted and celebrate the debut of new poetry in our debut Miami season.
