We are pleased to present Poetry Press Week for the first time outside of Portland, OR at the O, Miami Poetry Festival, April 22 & 23, 2016.
The mission of the O, Miami Poetry Festival is for every person in Miami-Dade County to encounter a poem during the month of April (National Poetry Month). O, Miami receives principal funding from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation to distribute poetry every April through increasingly innovative and creative mediums.
Since its founding in 2011, the festival has hosted performances by Anne Carson, Raúl Zurita, W.S. Merwin, Patti Smith, Richard Blanco, Tracy K. Smith, Thurston Moore, Kevin Young, and many others.
